Wedding Packages
Whether you want a brief, intimate gathering or a large, weekend-long event, Camp Deer Trails has what you need to make your wedding dreams come true. Our packages include venue rental, along with the most important venue necessities. From there, you have the freedom to handpick your vendors, decor and other details, allowing you to create your perfect vision.

Book a tour before the end of February and then if you book your 2026 wedding with us, you’ll receive 10% off your entire wedding package. Contact us today to check availability and to schedule your tour (tour can take place at a future date!)
Intimate Elopement
$1,000
With our elopement package at Camp Deer Trails, you have acres of gorgeous scenery as the backdrop for your intimate event. Available weekdays or Sundays.
Your three-hour package includes:
- Three hours on property.
- A 20-minute ceremony on either the beach or in the amphitheater with seating for up to 50 guests.
- Time for photos throughout our property.
- Use of our birch tree arch.
Punch Bowl Wedding
$3,500
With our new punch bowl package, you can create the intimate event of your dreams, including a celebration with your guests in our lodge.
Your three-hour package includes:
- A 20-minute ceremony on either the beach or in the amphitheater with seating for up to 50 guests.
- Lodge for up to 50 guests.
- Beverage serving station and cake set-up (cake and drinks not included).
- Time for photos throughout our property.
- Use of our birch tree arch.
- On-site coordinator.
Daylong Wedding
2026: $5,000
2027: $6,000
Your package includes:
- Access to the property from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- On-site coordinator and reception event staff.
- Choice of ceremony locations including the beach, in the amphitheater or in our lodge.
- Lodge with seating up to 160 guests with dinner and cocktail tables, indoor/outdoor bar (you supply beverages), indoor bathrooms.
- Available lodging at an additional cost.
- PLEASE NOTE: Our 2027 daylong wedding package pricing reflects ongoing venue and lodging upgrades designed to enhance your wedding day experience.
Weekend Wedding
2026: $9,420
2027: $10,420
Your package includes:
- Access to the property Friday at 3 p.m. through Sunday until 11 a.m.
- On-site coordinator and reception event staff.
- Choice of ceremony locations, including the beach, in the amphitheater or in our lodge.
- Lodge with seating up to 160 guests with dinner and cocktail tables, indoor/outdoor bar (you supply beverages), indoor bathrooms.
- Lodging for up to 60 people in our 10 cabins, Friday through Sunday; access to public spaces on our property.

It was the perfect weekend, definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding venue or just looking for a nice and peaceful place to stay!”
“We had our wedding here and it was perfect. The owners are great to work with and respond to any questions you have. We had ours on the beach and they had set up the arch and raked the sand. The hall and the tables are beautiful, so we honestly didn’t do a ton of decorations in fear it would take away that beauty. Most of our wedding guests (including ourselves) rented cabins, which were clean and cozy. I can say 100% I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.”
